Who We Are
The Willdan Clean Energy Academy (WCEA) was founded in 2019 with a collaboration between Con Edison, Willdan and a team of small minority owned businesses, with the goal of training both new and incumbent workers for energy efficiency jobs in the clean energy sector. We are passionate about applying our clean energy, tech, and course development skills to guiding course attendees on their path toward a career in the green job sector. We believe everyone deserves an opportunity to join this growing market at no cost to them. We support the people in the communities we serve and we offer our shared knowledge to anyone interested in becoming an energy efficiency professional.
