Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support for the construction team and program staff. These duties include but are not limited to: assisting the Project Managers and/or Construction Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure schedule, document control and quality standards are met as well as ensuring that all aspects of our services are being delivered to the highest level to guarantee client satisfaction.  
 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager and/or Construction Manager in all phases and aspects of the project.

  • Provide support to Field Staff.

  • Follow the Companies Best Practices.

  • Set up site locations if required.

  • Review Specifications and Drawings and become familiar with the project and critical path items.  

  • Obtain and maintain all required documentation as per the contract.

  • Set up and maintain the FTP site(s) for multiple projects. 

  • Assure timely reviews to all RFIs and Submittals.

  • Obtain, review, process and keep record of change orders.

  • Work collaboratively with outside parties (i.e., the design team, consultants etc.) to accomplish client goals.

  • Assemble the close out documents and address non-compliant Contractor directly for compliance.

 

Job Requirements 

  • 3—5 years administrative related experience required 

  • Ability to manage detailed processes and problem solve quickly in a high-pressure environment

  • Strong customer service background with proven customer satisfaction results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Team interaction skills

  • Self-motivated, organized and professional

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office  

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction contracts, accounting statements, business publications, professional journals, and technical procedures preferred, but not required

  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 (required)

  • Knowledge of Procore (+) 

  • Knowledge of Primavera Contract Management (+)

  • Knowledge of Submittal Exchange (+)
